Pumpkin cuisine is one of my favorite. So I painted that.

And pumpkin is easy to cook and tastes good. I love autumn season because many pumpkin foods everywhere.

What is Simmered Pumpkin?

• In Japan, Pumpkin had been brought from Portugal around the 16 century.

• Then, it have been cultivated in mainly Hokkaido, where is the second largest island in northernmost prefecture in Japan.

• Now, many Japanese eat this in winter.
